Gathering Is an Act of Rebellion.

We live in a world built for separation, scrolling instead of conversation across from someone.
Choosing to gather, on purpose, with intention, is a quiet kind of rebellion.

I started Aligned Gatherings because I believe gathering is one of the oldest, most effective forms of marketing there is.
Long before algorithms, businesses grew because people shared meals, exchanged ideas, and built trust face to face.
We're bringing that skill back.

Hello, I’m Kelsey!

I've spent my career at the intersection of events, marketing, and community, leading strategy across hundreds of gatherings, from large conventions to intimate dinners, and marketing for brands across healthcare, hospitality, fashion, and beauty.

What I learned across all of it is what I teach now: gatherings don't fail because people didn't care. They fail because intention never became structure.

I built Aligned Gatherings for the founder who has the idea, has the motivation, and just needs the bridge between "I should do this" and "I did this."

What Guides Our Work

  1. Gathering is a skill. Like any skill, it can be learned, practiced, and gotten better at.

  2. Gathering is marketing AI can't fake. Algorithms change overnight. Genuine connection doesn't. Relationships grow businesses.

  3. You're asking for something real. When you invite someone to gather, you're asking them to leave their own life and give you their time. That's worth honoring.

  4. Strategy doesn't end when the night does. A well-built gathering has a way of nurturing what happened in the room long after it's over.

  5. Small gatherings change businesses. You don't need a conference or 500 people. Sometimes twelve people around a table is enough to shift everything.

  6. Gathering is an act of quiet rebellion. Choosing togetherness over separation is choosing trust over reach and humanness over separation.

A Note in How I Work

I'm an introvert who's built a career designing spaces where other people get to shine.

I'm not interested in being on stage. I'm interested in making sure you can be, with everything else handled.

I believe deeply in the power of women building businesses on their own terms and in spending real time outdoors, with family, with the people who matter, gathering over the everyday moments worth celebrating.

I'm based in Denver and work with founders everywhere.
